The scheme involves a nine-storey building, with a total of 118 student flats – aimed towards mature and second/third year students, looking for high-quality accommodation.

DTP provided a Technical Note and Travel Plan to support the development, including an accessibility assessment, and a multi-modal trip generation assessment.

As part of the proposals, DTP included the provision of communal electric power assisted bikes to grant students easy and sustainable access to campus.

A Service Management Plan was also included, detailing the drop-off spaces located at the site, for student arrivals and departures, and for use by local delivery services.
